Futaba BLS-551 Digital Brushless servo

Futaba have released this low profile brushless servo, the BLS-551, which is suitable for use in 1/10th EP & GP cars. Measuring only 40.5 x 20 x 25.4mm, it is super small, but can still deliver good speed, 0.10 sec for 60 degrees travel, and good strength, 9.2kg/cm using 6V. It has metal gears throughout and is rubber sealed to protect it during damp conditions.

Savöx SC-125x series servos

The SC-125x series servos from Savöx are extremely powerful, fast and equipped with titanium alloy precision cut gears. Available in a number of versions, the SC-1256TG model is extremely powerful with 20kg-cm torque with 0.15 sec/60°, while the SC-1257TG is extremely quick with 0.07 sec/60° with 10kg-cm torque. The Savöx servo’s are equipped with a newly developed 12 bit microprocessor which processes the signal impulses even faster and more accurately.
